great service and rates but call wait time too long My rates are good and whenever I speak to someone, they are most helpful. However, my complaint would be that it takes forever to actually speak to someone and the process is most difficult. there are so many divisions and phone numbers and when I ask for a better number to call, I am always given another to add to my growing list of numbers but still, a wait of up to 1 1/2 hours,. but when I finally do reach someone, they do go above and beyond to help, just as Cole did. I had to schedule an appt., which worked in this instance but if ever I need tech help, this would not be a good situation. but I suppose the long waits is part of the reason my rate is good?

Stax - customer avoidance is their motto Stax is a company that has mastered customer avoidance. They offer customer service numbers that are answered by an answering service that promises you have a ticket created. Yes, their employees don't respond. So, I have a billing mistake they made in their favor, and it is impossible to get help. If you want a credit card processor that has access to your bank account, pulls out money whenever they feel like it, and is impossible to reach to get it back. THEN STAX IS PERFECT FOR YOU!!!

appreciate the hard work of Tech support employee Tech support rep was able to diagnose my opened ticket still had work unfinished when I called looking for a result. Cole took initiative to complete the work and research, in the end was able to provide the answers I was waiting for. Greatly Appreciate the fact that Cole did not just say no answer at this time try calling later.

great service and support Had a problem with the credit processing terminal, called technical support, spoke with Bud , he resolved the issue. that what we all expect from a good company, what is notable is the above and beyond "care about your business" services that is provided every time we had any issue. great work, keep it up.
