GBWho doesn't have a CS phone number? There's no customer support. Zero. There is no phone number for support. You need to submit a ticket and wait 24 hours for a response, which is usually unhelpful. Then another 24 for another reply. The chain goes on and on until you eventually give up.

GBStax - customer avoidance is their motto Stax is a company that has mastered customer avoidance. They offer customer service numbers that are answered by an answering service that promises you have a ticket created. Yes, their employees don't respond. So, I have a billing mistake they made in their favor, and it is impossible to get help. If you want a credit card processor that has access to your bank account, pulls out money whenever they feel like it, and is impossible to reach to get it back. THEN STAX IS PERFECT FOR YOU!!!

GBgreat service and support Had a problem with the credit processing terminal, called technical support, spoke with Bud , he resolved the issue. that what we all expect from a good company, what is notable is the above and beyond "care about your business" services that is provided every time we had any issue. great work, keep it up.
