USI have been a customer for 30 days now I have been a customer for 30 days now. I have had 3 different processors in 9 years. I really like this company so far. I have saved a bit of money by switching. I will be back in 6 months to do another review. So far they have been the best. Quick application and my money is available next morning. I highly recommend.

USGreat customer service and a user-friendly platform Great customer service and a user-friendly platform - The reps always respond right away and are able to answer any questions you have during onboarding. After that, you won't have many questions because the platform is so easy to use it almost seems too good to be true.

USgreat service and rates but call wait time too long My rates are good and whenever I speak to someone, they are most helpful. However, my complaint would be that it takes forever to actually speak to someone and the process is most difficult. there are so many divisions and phone numbers and when I ask for a better number to call, I am always given another to add to my growing list of numbers but still, a wait of up to 1 1/2 hours,. but when I finally do reach someone, they do go above and beyond to help, just as Cole did. I had to schedule an appt., which worked in this instance but if ever I need tech help, this would not be a good situation. but I suppose the long waits is part of the reason my rate is good?

USGreat Service Payment Depot is all about customer support. Any time I needed assistance in either sales or support both Sheree in Sales and Eric in Support have demonstrated that they care about their clients. Biscuits & Bath has been with Payment Depot/Stax for at least 7 years. We don't cry wolf but when we need help - we do need it. Stax is a first-class company that provides that help
