GBVisa Mastercard Settlement Misleading email Stax sent me an email stating they partnered with MCGA for the Visa/Mastercard settle. FAILED TO DISCLOSE this is a third party company charging 25% commission and fees. You don’t have to use this Company you can go directly to the settlement website and fill out the form yourself. I feel taken advantage of and misled. I’ve called Stax several times there’s never a live representative and I don’t get a call back.

GBWho doesn't have a CS phone number? There's no customer support. Zero. There is no phone number for support. You need to submit a ticket and wait 24 hours for a response, which is usually unhelpful. Then another 24 for another reply. The chain goes on and on until you eventually give up.
