They offer customer service numbers that are answered by an answering service that promises you have a ticket created. Yes, their employees don't respond. So, I have a billing mistake they made in their favor, and it is impossible to get help. If you want a credit card processor that has access to your bank account, pulls out money whenever they feel like it, and is impossible to reach to get it back. THEN STAX IS PERFECT FOR YOU!!!
