GBWho doesn't have a CS phone number? There's no customer support. Zero. There is no phone number for support. You need to submit a ticket and wait 24 hours for a response, which is usually unhelpful. Then another 24 for another reply. The chain goes on and on until you eventually give up.

Clover never got it solved and it was hours of frustration and confusion and talking to numerous different reps with no resolution. GBI have been a customer for 30 days now I have been a customer for 30 days now. I have had 3 different processors in 9 years. I really like this company so far. I have saved a bit of money by switching. I will be back in 6 months to do another review. So far they have been the best. Quick application and my money is available next morning. I highly recommend.
