GBgreat service and rates but call wait time too long My rates are good and whenever I speak to someone, they are most helpful. However, my complaint would be that it takes forever to actually speak to someone and the process is most difficult. there are so many divisions and phone numbers and when I ask for a better number to call, I am always given another to add to my growing list of numbers but still, a wait of up to 1 1/2 hours,. but when I finally do reach someone, they do go above and beyond to help, just as Cole did. I had to schedule an appt., which worked in this instance but if ever I need tech help, this would not be a good situation. but I suppose the long waits is part of the reason my rate is good?

GBgreat service and support Had a problem with the credit processing terminal, called technical support, spoke with Bud , he resolved the issue. that what we all expect from a good company, what is notable is the above and beyond "care about your business" services that is provided every time we had any issue. great work, keep it up. Thank you Bud.

GBappreciate the hard work of Tech support employee Tech support rep was able to diagnose my opened ticket still had work unfinished when I called looking for a result. Cole took initiative to complete the work and research, in the end was able to provide the answers I was waiting for. Greatly Appreciate the fact that Cole did not just say no answer at this time try calling later.

GBGreat Service Payment Depot is all about customer support. Any time I needed assistance in either sales or support both Sheree in Sales and Eric in Support have demonstrated that they care about their clients. Biscuits & Bath has been with Payment Depot/Stax for at least 7 years. We don't cry wolf but when we need help - we do need it. Stax is a first-class company that provides that help

GBGood Customer Service Eric took time to look into multiple concerns I had regarding credit card fees. He answered all of my questions, and even followed up with a phone call to make sure that I had the information that I needed to move forward. He provided good customer service.
