GBDon't waste your time with this company. They don't care about you, and they don't care about quality of the products they sell. I have ordered off and on from San Francisco Herbs for years. Very rarely have I had a pleasant experience. My best experiences have been ordering direct from the website. That's the only time I don't have to deal with the customer service department. Every time I've ever called for assistance with anything, they have been rude, extremely unhelpful, and rather annoyed that I'm even asking for something as simple as a label for a jar. Jar labels are free with all other companies, but this company won't even sell you a basic jar label. They even go so far as to say that as soon as they sell you the product that "It's not their product, It's yours". How does that make any sense? Don't you want me to buy more from you? Wouldn't you want to make it easy for me to merchandise YOUR product? On top of this, their products are sub-par at best. I really really hate to order with this company. If I didn't love and respect my customers so much I'd never deal with them again. They are the only company that carries a few things I can't find anywhere else. Does anyone know where else I can find Cinchona, Wintergreen, Vanilla Flavor Powder, or Patchouli? I'd happily give anyone else my money and suggest you do the same. Don't waste your time with this company. They don't care about you, and they don't care about quality of the products they sell.

GBWonderful, freshly dried, fragrant herbs and great prices. Wonderful, freshly dried, fragrant herbs - exactly as promised and then some. These are some of the best prices I've come across from a US-based shop, and their shipping was faster than anyone else I've ordered from. I wish they carried every single herb I need, but they carry a great deal, so I'll definitely be back.
