They commit that they can have it on my next visit and they apologize on it. I don't know what the issue is but the staff is still amazing and polite.

These are some of the best prices I've come across from a US-based shop, and their shipping was faster than anyone else I've ordered from. I wish they carried every single herb I need, but they carry a great deal, so I'll definitely be back.

I have been ordering from this place… I have been ordering from this place for a couple of years now, but now I have to find a new place. I ordered some Valerian root from San Francisco herb co, and it was pale colored and very weak! I am use to getting Valerian root that is dark and potent, this was not!!, I could barely smell it!!. And when I called and asked about it, the man said it probably came from when there was a drought in one of the 3 places they get their Valerian root from. If you can't make sure that what people are buying is of the best quality, why are you charging the prices you charge, and why should anyone buy from you! They didn't even offer a small refund for my trouble, for paying almost $100 for something not of good quality!!. San Francisco herb co, you have LOST a customer!!
