Awesome Customer Service But Somewhat Disappointed SF Herb has awesome customer service! Their herbs appear to be and smell fresh. I was somewhat surprised at the packaging of some of the herbs - in open baggies with tie wraps instead of sealed packaging. The Marshmallow Root Pieces I purchase were huge chunks of root with what looks like a lot of debris - very little cutting and/or sifting. But that may be the way they package it. Other online companies provide a higher quality of the Marshmallow Root. i use this a lot, so i was very disappointed. Overall, they are okay. I will be very selective when ordering from them in the future.

I have purchased from the SF Herb Co … I have purchased from the SF Herb Co for a number of years now and have been very satisfied by their pricing, product line and varied inventory. It would appear that they are geared for large quantity orders, but am also pleased that they have no issues with filling small orders of single items. Staff has always been courteous when I pick up my order, rather than having it delivered. Highly recommend this company.
