Awesome Customer Service But Somewhat Disappointed SF Herb has awesome customer service! Their herbs appear to be and smell fresh. I was somewhat surprised at the packaging of some of the herbs - in open baggies with tie wraps instead of sealed packaging. The Marshmallow Root Pieces I purchase were huge chunks of root with what looks like a lot of debris - very little cutting and/or sifting. But that may be the way they package it. Other online companies provide a higher quality of the Marshmallow Root. i use this a lot, so i was very disappointed. Overall, they are okay. I will be very selective when ordering from them in the future.

The website is easy to use The website is easy to use. The products are an impressive spread. I was hoping to get my spices on Saturday to start my holiday brew. They showed up on Monday, so I will have to wait until Friday to do my thing. Not complaining, just cutting it too close for my comfort. I give them a 4.5.

SF Herb Company - my favorite SF Herb Company's quality, affordable prices, and reliability can't be beat. I discovered them about a year ago and they are my go-to essential oil store. Besides providing quality and good prices, SFHC provides invaluable knowledge about the individual oils, where they come from, and what the harvests were like. I've recommended you to my friends!

Not the best Stevia I've tried Not the best Stevia I've tried. The best Stevia is fluffier and more dank. A bit less dry. And a lighter color, a light green instead of a darker green, which this is.
