USHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! When I googled "nespresso pods" this company and their pods came up and I placed an order. When it arrived, they were not nexpresso pods at all. I called and the "wonderful" lady that handles customer service informed me that they don't sell nespresso pods and when I asked for a return label, she said that I would have to return them on my own dime in order to get a refund when they received them. I told her that I wasn't going to pay to return something that was not my fault. She basically said "to bad so sad" and I informed her that I would then be disputing it with my credit card and she told me "well, I win all the credit card disputes." What a horrible experience all around.

CANot happy As of today, I am still waiting for delivery of this coffee. Not only has UPS not delivered this when they said they would, but tell me I will owe them $21.00 upon delivery. I will not be ordering from you again as this is turning out to be a very expensive package of coffee!!

USNot one bit of a complaint with CoffeeHouseExpress. Read on ...... Problem for me is I ordered the wrong type of coffee. I ordered "pods" not "kups". Have no idea what to do with them since they don't work in my Keurig maker and I don't have a Melitta. I'm new at this (can you tell?) and am out over $30 with something I can't use. Nobody's fault but mine! How am I to rate this? I can say the service was perfect but ..........
