Not one bit of a complaint with CoffeeHouseExpress. Read on ...... Problem for me is I ordered the wrong type of coffee. I ordered "pods" not "kups". Have no idea what to do with them since they don't work in my Keurig maker and I don't have a Melitta. I'm new at this (can you tell?) and am out over $30 with something I can't use. Nobody's fault but mine! How am I to rate this? I can say the service was perfect but ..........

still searching for the true hotel experience I wanted these to replace my fresh ground home coffe because I noted that while traveling the coffee tastes better. The 100% columbian supreme is not the same experience for whatever reason. It's still better than the brand I used to grind at home (an organic shade grown ethiopian from Trader Joes) but i have to use 2 of the supposedly 4-cup pack to get a non watery single mug.

fast delivery coffee is ok that brand I purchase I do not like but I will not stop ordering The brand that I order I did not like to weak next time I will order a stronger one but I love their service the deliver was on time the price is good and they are perfectly the gift are good I will tell a friend about it

Good, but a little snappy . . . I've used CoffeeHouseExpress.com for a few years now and just had my first mediocre experience. I ordered as usual, received a shipping notification suggesting that my entire order was on its way and when it arrive I was one product short. No packing slip was included and no exceptions were stated on my shipping confirmation email, so I wrote an email to them asking about my missing product. Well I got a bit of a sharp reply informing me that the item was on backorder . . . The tone of the message was one of them being annoyed and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm still yet to get an update on the last of my order, so I may have more to say . . .

Coffee Pods Decafe flavor is weak and disappointing. Also, the pods, although individually wrapped, were shipped loose in a large, bulk box rather than smaller packaging of 10-15 pods each.
