USBad communication. Email said 2-7 days. After 2 weeks I wrote and they told me my order was shipped to another. After another week they told me my order was back-ordered. I told them most places notify customer when item is back-ordered.

USFast Delivery and Excellent Coffee! I recently purchase a ciusenart 2 cup coffee makerI located the web site, looked throught.websites trying to find a 1/2 & 1/2 blend with single packets and kept coming up with K-Cups. Finally I located a website that had single packets. Tho not 1/2 & 1/2, the decaff was good coffe. If you come up with single packets at the price paid for what I have, let me know.

USHard to beat services and prices! After exploring online for days attempting to find affordable coffee pods for my SunCana, I stumbled across coffeehouseexpress.com. Not only did they have the best selection around, their prices were considerably lower. The ONLY drawback was the shipping costs, which for my first order were more than the actual product costs. But now that I'm aware of that, I will adjust future orders accordingly.

USReturns Would have liked to have been able to returned 95 Cuisinart 4 cup decaffeinated coffee packets. Getting stuck with a coffee I hadn't tried before, but recommended by one of the sales clerks, is a customer service faux pas, especially when adding 5 packets to the 95 would easily reconstitute a selling count or unit of issue.

USGood, but a little snappy . . . I've used CoffeeHouseExpress.com for a few years now and just had my first mediocre experience. I ordered as usual, received a shipping notification suggesting that my entire order was on its way and when it arrive I was one product short. No packing slip was included and no exceptions were stated on my shipping confirmation email, so I wrote an email to them asking about my missing product. Well I got a bit of a sharp reply informing me that the item was on backorder . . . The tone of the message was one of them being annoyed and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm still yet to get an update on the last of my order, so I may have more to say . . .
