GBShipped promptly, order corrected immediately I placed an order in July 2014. The price for the Melitta pods is right, they offer free shipping with $60+ order, and CoffeeHouseExpress comes recommended by my colleague. My order arrived promptly but there was a small error. I sent an email and the following week, the correct items were sent. The phone number on the invoice was not in service and that worried me a bit. But they obviously still receive emails. Would order from again.

GBNot one bit of a complaint with CoffeeHouseExpress. Read on ...... Problem for me is I ordered the wrong type of coffee. I ordered "pods" not "kups". Have no idea what to do with them since they don't work in my Keurig maker and I don't have a Melitta. I'm new at this (can you tell?) and am out over $30 with something I can't use. Nobody's fault but mine! How am I to rate this? I can say the service was perfect but ..........

GBOrder Review I recently placed an order and received it in a timely manner. The order somehow was packed incorrectly with the wrong item. I placed a call and they sent off my correct order immediately with a return postage label included. I received the second package a few days later with the correct item and the return label included. I sent back the original package with no problem having attached the return label.

GBProduct was exactly what I expected. The product was what I ordered and was pleased to be able to get it. However, I think the shipping costs were very high.

GBBad communication. Email said 2-7 days. After 2 weeks I wrote and they told me my order was shipped to another. After another week they told me my order was back-ordered. I told them most places notify customer when item is back-ordered.
