They were extremely understanding and 100% honest, reliable and stood behind their product and any issue that I had. Then the problem was taken care of immediately. The Whirley Pop makes perfect popcorn The Whirley Pop makes perfect popcorn, as the kernels need the agitation that it provides. Also, use medium to medium-high heat, but not high heat. (while high heat will pop the kernel, it also results in dense, chewy popcorn).

Important information for European buyers is that the 25 year warranty does mot apply, it is only for their customers in the USA. This wasn’t a deterrent as this is the BEST popcorn maker I have ever owned! I bought the stainless steel version and it is everything I had hoped for - thank you for the excellent service, quick shipping and the product itself!!

I love my popcorn I love my popcorn. Usually make at least twice a week if not more. I just recently received my new Stainless steel popper and popcorn. Fantastic popper, I think it pops faster than my original Whirley popper. Great poppers and popcorn. Fast service and great product.
