Wonderful popper Wonderful popper! I had the original Whirley Pop but then switched to an induction cook top. I'm so happy you make a stainless steel option. Works fabulously and is extremely well made!

Super fast shipping Super fast shipping, informational papers/coupons included with parts. I did have to still look up a video to replace the gear and had a hard time doing it until I realized it it should have been done differently.

Exceeded expectations! Everything about this shop is wonderful! The website is easy to navigate with convenient check out. Delivery was super quick, and everything from the packaging to the products was top-notch. I ordered several items for gifts this Christmas, and ended up keeping one of the popcorn bowls for myself because it's so perfect. Highly recommend!

The Whirley Pop makes perfect popcorn The Whirley Pop makes perfect popcorn, as the kernels need the agitation that it provides. Also, use medium to medium-high heat, but not high heat. (while high heat will pop the kernel, it also results in dense, chewy popcorn).

The wrong item was sent The wrong item was sent. I called customer service, the mistake was noted and what I had ordered arrived shortly afterwards. The representative was professional, courteous and just a pleasure to deal with. He is an asset to your company. Probably one of my best customer service experiences ever! Thank you!
