USI have always had great service from… I have always had great service from Allpoints and back to the days when ICS was in Connecticut but now last week I ordered a faucet and 2 water valves and got the valves but the problenm was I got a hose assembly and no faucet. I called and tried to get the faucet and return lable for the hose assembly and nothing happened. I called again today and still have not gotten the faucet for the customer or the return lable for sending the more expensive hose assemcly back.
