-- Some of their after market products… -- Some of their after market products repeatedly fail in less than 90 days, and they don't remove them from the catalog, nor do they replace them with an item that works .... See item #34-1661. Long track history of failure of the undersized wire and the lose non-soldered crimp that connects wire to element. Plus the glue that holds ceramic ends to glass tubes usually fails before installation can even be completed. We repeatedly told customer service about this and they do nothing. Need to hire a quality control person, who can do something.

Free shipping on Back orders is HUGE and your CSR's are terrific. The fact that you base our discount on ALL parts we purchase not specific manufacturers is is amazing as well. It's obvious that Partstown could learn a few things about customer care from you all. To be honest I told them that. If you want to learn how it's done model your business after what All points does and you'll succeed. Thanks for continuing to help the service company make a living, we notice and we appreciate it.

First time purchase of an item ordered… First time purchase of an item ordered from another supplier, had been waiting two months. I was not notified the item was not in stock prior to ordering. After communication was lacking I decided to look elsewhere, came across AllPoints, item in stock, great communication arrived in a day. Great Service! Thank You!

Had some trouble getting logged in to… Had some trouble getting logged in to the site, but the nice lady that answered the phone got the whole issue taken care of in about 10 minutes, and boom! I was off and running. I did note that your On - Line catalogue is often difficult to find things on. Would still like to receive a regular catalogue yearly, it makes finding the part numbers MUCH easier...as it works now I have to switch over to Parts Town, get the part number then come back and look up the part. A lot of wasted time, but other than that, NO ISSUES!!

Maybe looking up parts could improve a… Maybe looking up parts could improve a little such as if you want to look up Hobart dishwasher model starting with C the alphabet would pop up instead of having to scroll down several pages you could push on C then scroll to rest of the number . However it’s quicker than a catalog. The ladies taking orders are awesome, you got a good thing going . Thanks
