Good Pricing, Poor Availability. The pricing is great, as well as the flat shipping rates. I can only give an average rating because the great pricing is heavily outweighed by the lack of in-stock availability of parts. All points has at least three warehouses and I can't seem to get my orders to ship from one warehouse, or avoid backorders, because not all of the warehouses have the items. Keep in mind that I am only ordering small quantities. It's frustrating because Parts Town will have hundreds of the same item, but at double the price and I am forced to buy from them because they have the stock.

AllPoints Foodservice and Indoor Comfort Services are a great team. AllPoints Foodservice and our company have a relationship over 20 years old. Sadly they moved out of the Las Vegas market a few years ago, but with special shipping prices, fast service, easy to use website, and great prices, our relationship is still fantastic. Good value, order portal needs improvement Pricing is competitive. Your shipping packaging has improved over the past year. The number of characters allowed for the PO field is limiting. The PO we enter gets cut-off during shipping process. Need to respond to RMA and quote requests. Inconsistent. We should have the option to select shipping urgency (regular or express) from the online portal without having to call it in
