-- Some of their after market products… -- Some of their after market products repeatedly fail in less than 90 days, and they don't remove them from the catalog, nor do they replace them with an item that works .... See item #34-1661. Long track history of failure of the undersized wire and the lose non-soldered crimp that connects wire to element. Plus the glue that holds ceramic ends to glass tubes usually fails before installation can even be completed. We repeatedly told customer service about this and they do nothing. Need to hire a quality control person, who can do something.

Good value, order portal needs improvement Pricing is competitive. Your shipping packaging has improved over the past year. The number of characters allowed for the PO field is limiting. The PO we enter gets cut-off during shipping process. Need to respond to RMA and quote requests. Inconsistent. We should have the option to select shipping urgency (regular or express) from the online portal without having to call it in

I have always had great service from… I have always had great service from Allpoints and back to the days when ICS was in Connecticut but now last week I ordered a faucet and 2 water valves and got the valves but the problenm was I got a hose assembly and no faucet. I called and tried to get the faucet and return lable for the hose assembly and nothing happened. I called again today and still have not gotten the faucet for the customer or the return lable for sending the more expensive hose assemcly back.

I appreciate all your support I appreciate all your support! It is getting harder to get a customer service rep on the phone. Also I have called in the past on a back order and talked to 4 different csr's and told they would check into and call me back and then they never call or email me back. Samantha is wonderful!!! Anytime I talk to her and need status she always follows up and gives me updates.
