GBHad some trouble getting logged in to… Had some trouble getting logged in to the site, but the nice lady that answered the phone got the whole issue taken care of in about 10 minutes, and boom! I was off and running. I did note that your On - Line catalogue is often difficult to find things on. Would still like to receive a regular catalogue yearly, it makes finding the part numbers MUCH easier...as it works now I have to switch over to Parts Town, get the part number then come back and look up the part. A lot of wasted time, but other than that, NO ISSUES!!

GBI appreciate all your support I appreciate all your support! It is getting harder to get a customer service rep on the phone. Also I have called in the past on a back order and talked to 4 different csr's and told they would check into and call me back and then they never call or email me back. Samantha is wonderful!!! Anytime I talk to her and need status she always follows up and gives me updates.

GB-- Some of their after market products… -- Some of their after market products repeatedly fail in less than 90 days, and they don't remove them from the catalog, nor do they replace them with an item that works .... See item #34-1661. Long track history of failure of the undersized wire and the lose non-soldered crimp that connects wire to element. Plus the glue that holds ceramic ends to glass tubes usually fails before installation can even be completed. We repeatedly told customer service about this and they do nothing. Need to hire a quality control person, who can do something.
