GBQuick exp dates/freezing instructions Contacted customer service for receiving 5 meals that expired within 3 days (I wanted meals for the entire week). Pat helped give instructions for freezing and reheating meals. I let him know that this Information was not on the packaging. He was very good at customer service and efficient. Of note, it was difficult to find how to contact customer service on the website. I would advise sending meals that don’t expire so soon or putting freeze and reheat instructions on packaging. Thank you.

GBDenise handled a first-box oops with grace! Received my first box and, unfortunately, most of the meals were incorrect. Denise was an absolute gem helping me out! She confirmed the customization deadline for me, assured I didn't miss it, and owned up to a fulfillment swapping mistake. Denise was kind, efficient, and a pleasure to speak with. As a grad student working full-time, I'm super excited to try a quick and healthy option that will take some weight off of my shoulders, and Denise has guaranteed a returning customer.
