PJ was excellent PJ was excellent, extremely informative and had my issue listed below resolved in only a few minutes! Thank you PJ! So I love my meal service as I'm the worlds dumbest person in the kitchen. But I had to fly out to Seattle, WA from my home in sunny Tampa, FL for an extended (2-3 months) business trip and forgot about my meals! Within minutes PJ had canceled my order due to deliver in Florida in four days, applied those credits to my next order that'll deliver in eleven days to me in Washington. How much better can it get! Great service use Freshly...

Quick exp dates/freezing instructions Contacted customer service for receiving 5 meals that expired within 3 days (I wanted meals for the entire week). Pat helped give instructions for freezing and reheating meals. I let him know that this Information was not on the packaging. He was very good at customer service and efficient. Of note, it was difficult to find how to contact customer service on the website. I would advise sending meals that don’t expire so soon or putting freeze and reheat instructions on packaging. Thank you.

I didn't skip my order in time, but they helped me anyway! I didn't skip my order in time, so I went through the automated/chat process. They automated system let me know it was too late since I had already been charged. I requested a customer support agent, and Stacy B corrected the problem right away and gave me a credit for the full amount of my order. I was really grateful. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you!

Constant spam emails. I'm not even a customer here, but this bloody company keep sending me emails with latest offers (i don't know exactly what because I just bin them straight away anyway). Unsubscribing does nothing. Blocking the senders email does nothing because the next email comes from a slightly different address and skips the block. What a pile of crap. Carpetbombing emails hit loads of people you don't need to and aren't going to win you any customers. save youe marketing for your target audience or existing customers, and stop pissing off people who you will never have as a customer.

It's almost 3 am n P.J was an excellent… It's almost 3 am n P.J. was an excellent customer service representative. Kind n left me with the feeling that he honestly cared about my "issue"...Something so rare that I had to put it in writing in hopes of him/her getting the praise they deserve.
