Agassi was able to immediately jump in and help me with my issue and he also offered to help with things that I did not originally contact the help line for which was so incredibly helpful and will definitely lead to us enjoying our meals for the next few weeks!!! An amazing food delivery service An amazing food delivery service. Always on time and delicious. To be honest, i was skeptical when i first signed up. But have not regretted the decision even a little. Great for convenience and times when i don’t want even think about what i will be eating. Offering a free trial too, i cannot see a downside for trying them out.

Awesome service with PJ There was a mishap where when I rejoins Freshly a 2nd subscription was activated and I was confused when I had a random order of food arrive. PJ helped to sort it all out and get me on track by canceling one subscription and helping me place a correct order with my existing subscription and my preferred meals. It was very quick and they were super helpful.

Pink was who helped me and they were… Pink was who helped me and they were remarkably helpful. It's my second week using the service and I made a whole mess of figuring things out. Pink was very useful in correcting my mistakes and getting things back to what I needed, and then explained everything to me. Pink was really helpful and I am very appreciative of the amazing customer service.

Thank you, Joyce for the best service!! Today I totally forgot to cancel my order and was charged for the food. I contacted customer service and got Joyce via the customer service online chat option. Joyce asked what I needed and I reported that I forgot to cancel my subscription and need to cancel the food order. She informed me within 10 seconds that this is done. She even anticipated my next need of a refund and she made it happen. Thank you, Joyce for your excellent service today and for Freshly for having an amazing team to help!
