GBExcellent Customer Service Well, I was a trying to get meals for here at work for a healthier lunch. I had taken a break from deliveries at home. The customer service rep, Jess, sorted all my issues out over their chat system. From number of deliveries to best delivery strategy, she took care of everything. GBConstant spam emails. I'm not even a customer here, but this bloody company keep sending me emails with latest offers (i don't know exactly what because I just bin them straight away anyway). Unsubscribing does nothing. Blocking the senders email does nothing because the next email comes from a slightly different address and skips the block. What a pile of crap. Carpetbombing emails hit loads of people you don't need to and aren't going to win you any customers. save youe marketing for your target audience or existing customers, and stop pissing off people who you will never have as a customer.
