GBPink was who helped me and they were… Pink was who helped me and they were remarkably helpful. It's my second week using the service and I made a whole mess of figuring things out. Pink was very useful in correcting my mistakes and getting things back to what I needed, and then explained everything to me. Pink was really helpful and I am very appreciative of the amazing customer service.

GBExcellent Customer Service Well, I was a trying to get meals for here at work for a healthier lunch. I had taken a break from deliveries at home. The customer service rep, Jess, sorted all my issues out over their chat system. From number of deliveries to best delivery strategy, she took care of everything. NGI was pleasantly surprised by the… I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and healthy options Freshly offers. The cauliflower noodle pasta dish and cauliflower mash are outstanding! The servings were delicious, and the atmosphere for the kids was great. Food safety was also a priority, which I really appreciate. 5 out of 5 stars!

GBGreat Customer Service I was very impressed with Pink's assistance today. She was very pleasant and polite. She changed my meals that I forgot to switch for the next delivery, and she gave me an unsolicited credit when I mentioned that I had two meals with burnt broccoli, which were definitely an anomaly. Thanks to Pink, I'm a very satisfied customer.
