Top quality in all areas Wild Idea buffalo is pure and delicious. When I open a package, the meat smells sweet and inviting, never any "off" smells or tastes. Their website and customer service are also top quality. Because of the humane way they treat the animals and the freshness of the product, this is the only buffalo I ever eat.

I am a lifelong customer. Totally awesome. I can honestly say that my health has improved. My diet is kosher and mostly organic veggies every day. No processed or fried foods. My strength and stamina have increased. I'd like to believe consuming buffalo meat twice a month is healthier because it is so lean and I feel "full" after eating a buffalo meat steak. Killer Southwest Buffalo Meatloaf The Ribeye and Porterhouse steaks were superb as usual. The wonderful surprise was the meatloaf!! Seasoning was perfect with just enough heat to get one's attention. Excellent company The bison meat is excellent. We have been buying it for three years, and we have enjoyed every piece. The staff provides excellent service. They were able to accurately answer all of our questions. Ordering on line works well. Each of our orders has been filled in a timely manner. The packaging has protected each piece of the bison, and all our orders arrived on time and still firmly frozen. We feel good about the company's environmental ethic and operations.
