Tasty product produced sustainably. I purchased summer sausage, chorizo, ground bison and kielbasa. Everything came solidly frozen. The summer sausage is wonderful. I grew up on Usinger's summer sausage and the bison sausage compares well and is nicely spiced. The chorizo is not to picante and has a nice earthy flavor. I made burgers with my favorite Thai recipe and they were great. I look forward to trying the kielbasa. I will try additional products in the future.

Wild Buffalo & one odd We are enjoying our buffalo meats and decided to thaw out some for Christmas chili. Getting ready to cook it, one of the packages is a very different color. Instead of the dense dark meat of the buffalo, it is the much lighter red of beef. We eat buffalo exclusively for red meat so we clearly know the difference in color and taste! This is disappointing since we purchased a large quantity at great expense and expected to have only buffalo shipped to us. Other than this, the quality of the buffalo we do have is outstanding! Ok meat!!!!!!!!! Not too bad for my first time,it's always good to experience something healthy,I had the sadness of having one of the package cut opened due to the hardness of how it was frozen when it arrived, I smelled something anusual than I'm use to , but I ate it anyways...and also I had the bad luck to over cooked the fine meat, it is pricey for what happened to me. I'm not complaining about the company at all, I know it was my fault, except for the cracked package.
