I am a lifelong customer. Totally awesome. I can honestly say that my health has improved. My diet is kosher and mostly organic veggies every day. No processed or fried foods. My strength and stamina have increased. I'd like to believe consuming buffalo meat twice a month is healthier because it is so lean and I feel "full" after eating a buffalo meat steak. Besides, it is a designated "clean" food by G d. I'm 60 yrs young, a disabled veteran and highly recommend Wild Idea Buffalo Co. Blessings to all.

Wonderful experience We ordered a quarter and a steak sampler package. Everything was delivered on time and packaged well. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because on their online ad they promise a steak with first time purchase and never received that in either of my orders. Tried to call with no luck or response after leaving message.however meat is wonderful and everything it says it should be.

Buffalo ribs I have no issues with Wild Idea Buffalo Co. The ribs came right on time and were great tasting. Prices were reasonable for buffalo meat, shipping cost is similar to other places I've checked, and different forms of payment make it easier to pay. If you're looking for an alternative to beef, give them a try.

excellent I was worried about the condition of the meat , because I place an order in a hot summer temperature , but when package arrived everything was perfectly frozen . Quality of the meat was excellent , and company even place info and the coking tips . I have used a few other companies in the past , and so far I like Wild Idea the best

Let me be VERY clear Let me be VERY clear. We have LOVED [most] everything we have received from Wild Idea and fully intend to continue to order. However, I removed a star due to the fact that Wild Idea unfortunately still uses pork casings for their brats and beef casings for their jerky sticks. The entire reason for us researching and deciding to purchase from Wild Idea is to to avoid supporting inhumane and unsustainable farming practices. When I contacted Wild Idea they were VERY prompt and responsive. They assured me that all of the casings they use are organic. Unfortunately, organic does not necessarily assure humane or sustainable farming practices. I find this contradictory. We will continue to order and support, just not the brats or jerky sticks.
