Wild Idea Buffalo has the best tasting buffalo. I have ordered from other online retailers and can purchase local buffalo in the many stores around The Dallas, Texas area and Wild Idea Buffalo is by far the best tasting. I have ordered more than once and it is always frozen solid when it arrives even here where our temperatures are in the 90's-100 often. We share with our daughter's family and they enjoy it also. Wild Buffalo & one odd We are enjoying our buffalo meats and decided to thaw out some for Christmas chili. Getting ready to cook it, one of the packages is a very different color. Instead of the dense dark meat of the buffalo, it is the much lighter red of beef. We eat buffalo exclusively for red meat so we clearly know the difference in color and taste! This is disappointing since we purchased a large quantity at great expense and expected to have only buffalo shipped to us. Other than this, the quality of the buffalo we do have is outstanding!
