Wild Buffalo & one odd We are enjoying our buffalo meats and decided to thaw out some for Christmas chili. Getting ready to cook it, one of the packages is a very different color. Instead of the dense dark meat of the buffalo, it is the much lighter red of beef. We eat buffalo exclusively for red meat so we clearly know the difference in color and taste! This is disappointing since we purchased a large quantity at great expense and expected to have only buffalo shipped to us. Other than this, the quality of the buffalo we do have is outstanding! Buffalo for Christmas I gave three families (including my own) buffalo for Christmas. Everyone has received their packages but I do not believe anyone has cooked their meat yet. I do know, from personal experience, that the packaging is expertly done. I also know from past experience that the buffalo is the best meat I have ever eaten. Worth every penny.

Prices were reasonable for buffalo meat, shipping cost is similar to other places I've checked, and different forms of payment make it easier to pay.
