excellent I was worried about the condition of the meat , because I place an order in a hot summer temperature , but when package arrived everything was perfectly frozen . Tasty product produced sustainably. I purchased summer sausage, chorizo, ground bison and kielbasa. Everything came solidly frozen. The summer sausage is wonderful. I grew up on Usinger's summer sausage and the bison sausage compares well and is nicely spiced. The chorizo is not to picante and has a nice earthy flavor. I made burgers with my favorite Thai recipe and they were great. I look forward to trying the kielbasa. I will try additional products in the future.
