Wild Buffalo & one odd We are enjoying our buffalo meats and decided to thaw out some for Christmas chili. Getting ready to cook it, one of the packages is a very different color. Instead of the dense dark meat of the buffalo, it is the much lighter red of beef. We eat buffalo exclusively for red meat so we clearly know the difference in color and taste! This is disappointing since we purchased a large quantity at great expense and expected to have only buffalo shipped to us. Other than this, the quality of the buffalo we do have is outstanding! Buffalo ribs I have no issues with Wild Idea Buffalo Co. The ribs came right on time and were great tasting. Prices were reasonable for buffalo meat, shipping cost is similar to other places I've checked, and different forms of payment make it easier to pay. If you're looking for an alternative to beef, give them a try.

Ok meat!!!!!!!!! Not too bad for my first time,it's always good to experience something healthy,I had the sadness of having one of the package cut opened due to the hardness of how it was frozen when it arrived, I smelled something anusual than I'm use to , but I ate it anyways...and also I had the bad luck to over cooked the fine meat, it is pricey for what happened to me. I'm not complaining about the company at all, I know it was my fault, except for the cracked package.

Excellent company The bison meat is excellent. We have been buying it for three years, and we have enjoyed every piece. The staff provides excellent service. They were able to accurately answer all of our questions. Ordering on line works well. Each of our orders has been filled in a timely manner. The packaging has protected each piece of the bison, and all our orders arrived on time and still firmly frozen. We feel good about the company's environmental ethic and operations.

Killer Southwest Buffalo Meatloaf The Ribeye and Porterhouse steaks were superb as usual. The wonderful surprise was the meatloaf!! Seasoning was perfect with just enough heat to get one's attention.
