Wonderful experience We ordered a quarter and a steak sampler package. Everything was delivered on time and packaged well. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because on their online ad they promise a steak with first time purchase and never received that in either of my orders. Tried to call with no luck or response after leaving message.however meat is wonderful and everything it says it should be.

Tasty product produced sustainably. I purchased summer sausage, chorizo, ground bison and kielbasa. Everything came solidly frozen. The summer sausage is wonderful. I grew up on Usinger's summer sausage and the bison sausage compares well and is nicely spiced. The chorizo is not to picante and has a nice earthy flavor. I made burgers with my favorite Thai recipe and they were great. I look forward to trying the kielbasa. I will try additional products in the future.

excellent I was worried about the condition of the meat , because I place an order in a hot summer temperature , but when package arrived everything was perfectly frozen . Quality of the meat was excellent , and company even place info and the coking tips . I have used a few other companies in the past , and so far I like Wild Idea the best

Killer Southwest Buffalo Meatloaf The Ribeye and Porterhouse steaks were superb as usual. The wonderful surprise was the meatloaf!! Seasoning was perfect with just enough heat to get one's attention.
