Excellent company The bison meat is excellent. We have been buying it for three years, and we have enjoyed every piece. The staff provides excellent service. They were able to accurately answer all of our questions. Ordering on line works well. Each of our orders has been filled in a timely manner. The packaging has protected each piece of the bison, and all our orders arrived on time and still firmly frozen. We feel good about the company's environmental ethic and operations.

Tasty product produced sustainably. I purchased summer sausage, chorizo, ground bison and kielbasa. Everything came solidly frozen. The summer sausage is wonderful. I grew up on Usinger's summer sausage and the bison sausage compares well and is nicely spiced. The chorizo is not to picante and has a nice earthy flavor. I made burgers with my favorite Thai recipe and they were great. I look forward to trying the kielbasa. I will try additional products in the future.

Wild Buffalo & one odd We are enjoying our buffalo meats and decided to thaw out some for Christmas chili. Getting ready to cook it, one of the packages is a very different color. Instead of the dense dark meat of the buffalo, it is the much lighter red of beef. We eat buffalo exclusively for red meat so we clearly know the difference in color and taste! This is disappointing since we purchased a large quantity at great expense and expected to have only buffalo shipped to us. Other than this, the quality of the buffalo we do have is outstanding! excellent I was worried about the condition of the meat , because I place an order in a hot summer temperature , but when package arrived everything was perfectly frozen . Quality of the meat was excellent , and company even place info and the coking tips . I have used a few other companies in the past , and so far I like Wild Idea the best

Buffalo ribs I have no issues with Wild Idea Buffalo Co. The ribs came right on time and were great tasting. Prices were reasonable for buffalo meat, shipping cost is similar to other places I've checked, and different forms of payment make it easier to pay. If you're looking for an alternative to beef, give them a try.
