GBDisappointed with Current Technical Support Availability Lately, every time I call, there are 10 callers ahead of me. Also, I have outstanding tickets more than a week old and no response. Technical support availability has been dramatically curtailed. It used to be available with little wait or tickets were responded to within 24-48 hours. No more. I am disappointed.

GBI got fast, thorough, kind, patient customer service from Jacob Ha I have been away from my business due to my husband's severe health issues and had several thorny problems to solve--trouble getting my website email addresses on a new computer, trouble authenticating them for my email marketing service, and trouble with spam emails that were supposedly from InMotion. Jacob Ha took wonderful care of me and my needs--perhaps the best customer service I have ever received. He truly went above and beyond.

GBLoving InMotion Another platform moved to proprietary software, away from cPanel. I love being back on standard cPanel with access to all the features others took away. The sites just work. I've had very limited interaction with service and all have been handled quickly and professionally. I really couldn't be happier.
