GBLong term lousy service Long term lousy service; russian hackers used my bandwidth, no help from support for passwords not working, all the c-panel ISP block filters failed, website routinely disappeared, third world support don't speak understandable english and support email responses are nonspecific canned garbage, difficult domain transfer. Over charged for the basic web hosting - they are just resellers for Tucows. They just sit back and fools like me send them money for overpriced Tucows web hosting.

GBI moved to InMotion Hosting from one of… I moved to InMotion Hosting from one of the large providers in the past. In contrast, InMotion Hosting has provided amazing rapid customer service. They answer questions quickly and completely, and they are pleasant to deal with. Would never return to any of the huge companies for services. Very pleased with the switch.

GBTrying to reach the "24/7/365” support nearly impossible Trying to reach the "24/7/365” technical support Inmotion Hosting boasts about on it’s website is next to impossible. I waited 17 hours for a call back and then they called me at 7:10 AM while I was driving to work. And their support personnel are often terse or smug when you do get them on the line or in a chat. Look somewhere else if you need web & email hosting with support.

GBLoving InMotion Another platform moved to proprietary software, away from cPanel. I love being back on standard cPanel with access to all the features others took away. The sites just work. I've had very limited interaction with service and all have been handled quickly and professionally. I really couldn't be happier.
