Absolute horrible experience Absolute horrible experience, they promise the world, and when it comes time to deliver, they provide nothing less than 1 star service. They are trying to lock my small business into a 2 year contract that is vague and catered to their defense, which would be ok if they delivered on what they promised. After repeatedly dropping the ball throughout integration and data import, they tell us that we have to MANUALLY do payroll? wasting our time and our money. I could make this review much longer, but please beware of this company, look at their google reviews, they are all the same. Locking people into contracts and sending them to collections. BUYER BEWARE Update: SERVICE TITAN, If “your sorry” then do something to fix it, don’t fill me up with empty words and promises.

Our CSM Rules! Victor has been an excellent business partner. No problem is too small or too big for him to help us through. He's quick to offer alternative solutions when we need them, and is in tune enough with our business model and how we operate to offer relevant solutions for us. Huge fan!

No Technical Support Just called service titan tech support to request help on importing an excel sheet. The girl who answered the phone tried to transfer me to another department due to errors after doing what she said would work. After maybe 15 mins the same girl came back on the line and only only told me I needed to fix all 50+ errors that occurred when importing on pricebook. I asked for someone in tech support to fix the issue and she continued to talk over me (please listen to the call). I am requesting that someone call tomorrow after 10am that knows how to import on pricebook.
