USAbsolute horrible experience Absolute horrible experience, they promise the world, and when it comes time to deliver, they provide nothing less than 1 star service. They are trying to lock my small business into a 2 year contract that is vague and catered to their defense, which would be ok if they delivered on what they promised. After repeatedly dropping the ball throughout integration and data import, they tell us that we have to MANUALLY do payroll? wasting our time and our money. I could make this review much longer, but please beware of this company, look at their google reviews, they are all the same. Locking people into contracts and sending them to collections. BUYER BEWARE Update: SERVICE TITAN, If “your sorry” then do something to fix it, don’t fill me up with empty words and promises.

USWorth Every Penny!! Moving to Service Titian was the best decision our company has made! We have been live for 2 years and seen significant growth, increased efficacy & accountability across our entire company thanks to this software! Onboarding was grueling but we were warned that it was going to be a lot of work and we would get as much out of it as we put in, our Onboarding Specialist Erin was AMAZING and our Success Manage Victor is AWESOME! It is worth every penny we pay for it!!

USWe keep having a recurring issue with… We keep having a recurring issue with NMI updater not running. It happens about every 4-5 months on average. It's frustrating that this issue hasn't been resolved. In Addition your frequent UI changes make it difficult for users to catch up. Some of the changes have been helpful but as soon as users get used to one you're making more massive changes.

We know have the ability to give our clients multiple options and let the client choose what best fits their needs. Also with reporting and KPI's. Reports I never thought would be possible to produce on our own ST has them. These reports help with inventory, marketing and Tech performance. USNo Technical Support Just called service titan tech support to request help on importing an excel sheet. The girl who answered the phone tried to transfer me to another department due to errors after doing what she said would work. After maybe 15 mins the same girl came back on the line and only only told me I needed to fix all 50+ errors that occurred when importing on pricebook. I asked for someone in tech support to fix the issue and she continued to talk over me (please listen to the call). I am requesting that someone call tomorrow after 10am that knows how to import on pricebook.
