GBRuns well 99% of the time Runs well 99% of the time. It is very streamline. If there is ever any issues an email will usually be sent out and a fix will be there shortly after. The help center is very quick to respond and help. Any time suggestions are made to make the software run better it is actually taken under consideration and not ignored.

GBWe keep having a recurring issue with… We keep having a recurring issue with NMI updater not running. It happens about every 4-5 months on average. It's frustrating that this issue hasn't been resolved. In Addition your frequent UI changes make it difficult for users to catch up. Some of the changes have been helpful but as soon as users get used to one you're making more massive changes.

GBAbsolute horrible experience Absolute horrible experience, they promise the world, and when it comes time to deliver, they provide nothing less than 1 star service. They are trying to lock my small business into a 2 year contract that is vague and catered to their defense, which would be ok if they delivered on what they promised. After repeatedly dropping the ball throughout integration and data import, they tell us that we have to MANUALLY do payroll? wasting our time and our money. I could make this review much longer, but please beware of this company, look at their google reviews, they are all the same. Locking people into contracts and sending them to collections. BUYER BEWARE Update: SERVICE TITAN, If “your sorry” then do something to fix it, don’t fill me up with empty words and promises.

GBThey should be ashamed of themselves. They should be ashamed of themselves. They withdrew money out of our account for two months for a service they didn't activate. I'm still trying to have the issue resolved. In addition, the onboarding is not company specific or personalized. Be prepared to hear 'check the training database'. Once the sale was made, we never heard from our salesmen again asking how the process was going. Please do your research before purchasing this product. There are better options out there. Companies like this are the ones that deserve to fail.
