GBNo Technical Support Just called service titan tech support to request help on importing an excel sheet. The girl who answered the phone tried to transfer me to another department due to errors after doing what she said would work. After maybe 15 mins the same girl came back on the line and only only told me I needed to fix all 50+ errors that occurred when importing on pricebook. I asked for someone in tech support to fix the issue and she continued to talk over me (please listen to the call). I am requesting that someone call tomorrow after 10am that knows how to import on pricebook.
