Communication Highly Impressionable We had the pleasure of Allen Sarkissian being assigned to our company as the "Customer Success Manager" and it was truly a pleasure to have him on our side. We experienced some challenges from our data transfer and Allen tackled them 1 by 1 and his communication was outstanding. There were also a few instances where other members from his team jumped in to help out and they showcased the same level of support that he did. It isn't too often that I experience the level of support that Allen and his team showcased and it was highly impressionable. We recently celebrated our 1 year on Service Titan and I know I will be forever grateful for all the support we have had.

Continuous improvement. Service Titan is never satisfied with good and is always pushing the envelope to become smarter and more efficient for it's users. Our CSM Dale is Fantastic and the online support teams are doing a great job for us too.

They should be ashamed of themselves. They should be ashamed of themselves. They withdrew money out of our account for two months for a service they didn't activate. I'm still trying to have the issue resolved. In addition, the onboarding is not company specific or personalized. Be prepared to hear 'check the training database'. Once the sale was made, we never heard from our salesmen again asking how the process was going. Please do your research before purchasing this product. There are better options out there. Companies like this are the ones that deserve to fail.

The staff is always professional and… The staff is always professional and efficient. They are very easy to speak with and always patient with the various requests. They quickly resolve issues and seem to always be exploring for ways to improve the platform.
