Great Service and Great Chile Being late in the season I had questions about freshness and shipping. Everyone I talked to via email and the chat was prompt and informative. My chile shipped on a Tuesday, arrived on Wednesday, and I roasted it that Saturday. If I am unable to get chile in stores here in Florida again next hear I will definitely be ordering again from the Hatch Chile Store.

they were starting to thaw when I… they were starting to thaw when I received, even tho I paid for overnight delivery. So rellenos have frost after going into freezer. chimichangas weren't much better than buying cheep frozen product from store. filling wasn't much so tortilla was main flavor. rellenos had to much breading. For the price I was very disappointed.
