The product arrived and it was thawing The product arrived and it was thawing. It was not warm, or in anyway unsafe for consumption. I do feel that in refreezing a 1/2 thawed product that the quality will be compromised if not consumed rather quickly. Please add more dry ice. We live just outside Springfield, MO so coming from NM in the fall, and in cool weather, this should have been more frozen.

The quality of the produce is…outstanding The quality of the produce is outstanding. It arrived in wonderful shape- undamaged and the material was able to be recycled. The dried chile pods were great, but ! The dried chile pods were great. I have not yet tried the chile rellenos but as a native New Mexican I've got to tell you that the tamales were terrible. Let me explain. I was expecting a flavorful tamale. what i experienced was a tube of masa with very little chicken or chile. definitely not a good representation of traditional New Mexican fare. I'm glad I did not serve this to my family during the holidays.

Delicious Chilies! These chiles arrived beautifully packed with cold packs and dry ice. The chilies were very fresh, and I appreciated they were fairly uniform in size and were straight which made roasting and peeling easy. I chopped them and froze portions in ice cube trays and then transferred to a ziplock freezer bag for portion control and easy access. Delicious chilies!

I am a little disappointed with the…minor problem I am a little disappointed with the time it takes to receive my order, even asking about it takes longer than other companies to get a reply.. Love the product,, nothing like roasted green chiles anyone that’s had the. Know what I mean, they are delicious
