Excellent Products and Service I ordered the green chile in a jar, red chile sauce and the Hatchup. The ordered arrived exactly when it was supposed to in perfect condition. Very well packaged and no plastic packaging either. The products are delicious as expected. I think the red might be my current favorite but they are all exceptional. Excellent product and service.

Great Fresh Hatch Chiles We ordered fresh Hatch chiles, which arrived promptly and were in perfect condition. There were a lot! We made four batches of fresh red Hatch chile sauce from a recipe on the internet. It was easy and did not take long to make each batch. Making four batches, the time added up, but we now have them individually frozen, and each one will get a different use. They were incredibly delicious and just hot enough (these were medium heat chiles.)

The dried chile pods were great, but ! The dried chile pods were great. I have not yet tried the chile rellenos but as a native New Mexican I've got to tell you that the tamales were terrible. Let me explain. I was expecting a flavorful tamale. what i experienced was a tube of masa with very little chicken or chile. definitely not a good representation of traditional New Mexican fare. I'm glad I did not serve this to my family during the holidays.

Great Service and Great Chile Being late in the season I had questions about freshness and shipping. Everyone I talked to via email and the chat was prompt and informative. My chile shipped on a Tuesday, arrived on Wednesday, and I roasted it that Saturday. If I am unable to get chile in stores here in Florida again next hear I will definitely be ordering again from the Hatch Chile Store.
