The dried chile pods were great, but ! The dried chile pods were great. I have not yet tried the chile rellenos but as a native New Mexican I've got to tell you that the tamales were terrible. Let me explain. I was expecting a flavorful tamale. what i experienced was a tube of masa with very little chicken or chile. definitely not a good representation of traditional New Mexican fare. I'm glad I did not serve this to my family during the holidays.

Great customer service My order had been damaged during shipping. Hatch Chile Store resent the order, no questions asked, for me. We are anxiously awaiting our package, and hopefully the carrier will be more careful this time! Thank you for your prompt response to this issue and for helping us to get our order.

The quality of the produce is…outstanding The quality of the produce is outstanding. It arrived in wonderful shape- undamaged and the material was able to be recycled. These are but a few of the many reasons we have been so pleased. We have recommended you to all our friends, and know that all businesses live through word of mouth. Bless you and have a prosperous New Year.

they were starting to thaw when I… they were starting to thaw when I received, even tho I paid for overnight delivery. So rellenos have frost after going into freezer. chimichangas weren't much better than buying cheep frozen product from store. filling wasn't much so tortilla was main flavor. rellenos had to much breading. For the price I was very disappointed.

This is the real stuff. This is the real stuff. A lot of places have started substituting green chile from around Dona Ana county for authentic Hatch chile, but not this place. Anytime I visit during chile season, I take an ice chest so I can take home whatever I don't eat right out of the roaster. Okay, maybe not RIGHT out of the roaster, but it's always tempting!
