GBNot only great tasting peppers Not only great tasting peppers, salsas, and food but very fast shipping, everything showed up still frozen solid and it sat on my front porch for a day because it beat me home. I ordered some Chli Rellenos and some beef Chimichangas. It was awesome to come home find it and eat some for dinner only to find out they are absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering some more. Not sure if I will be sharing any of this order it’s just great for a quick dinner or lunch.

GBDelicious Chilies! These chiles arrived beautifully packed with cold packs and dry ice. The chilies were very fresh, and I appreciated they were fairly uniform in size and were straight which made roasting and peeling easy. I chopped them and froze portions in ice cube trays and then transferred to a ziplock freezer bag for portion control and easy access. Delicious chilies!

GBRepeat Customers We learned about this family at least five years ago, and after trips to Hatch NM as well as receiving a consistently high quality project and superb customer support we continue to buy from no one else. We even bought a chili roaster that allows us to prepare our own chili and make it a fun family experience! Our highest recommendation.

GBThe red and green 575 are fantastic The red and green 575 are fantastic. I live in Virginia, but they remind me of the times I’ve spent in New Mexico. I have put them on eggs, burgers, pizza, and tamales. I slightly prefer green, but it depends on my mood.

GBI've been bringing Hatch chiles to NYC… I've been bringing Hatch chiles to NYC for well over 20 years- first at my Mexican market and burrito shop( Kitchen/Market) and then at other places I've worked at (Foragers Market in Brooklyn,as a catering chef and for the last almost 10 years to Kalustyan's.) We did a roasting out on the sidewalk in 2019 which was one of the highlights of my now 40+ years in the food business( also sold 500 lb in one day!!)Hatch Chile Store was fabulous in making sure that we recieved them all at once at the preferred time. This year, with all of the extreme heat, they are different- alreading coming in red in July and with alot of soft tips..We will continue to try to bring them in again in September when hopefully the picking schedule will be more even. august is a slower month so we'll see how our chiles hold up
