A week went by and I hadn’t received shipping notifications, so I emailed, and we discovered the glasses I had ordered were currently out of stock. Other suggestions were made, and I chose these, and they arrived within 2 days. An offer was made to discount the items AND pay for shipping because of the delay. Not only are the glasses gorgeous, my wife happy, but the customer service is exceptional. Thank you!

GBBeautiful glassware, great staff, long timeline PROS: Absolutely beautiful glassware, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, well packed. CONS: High skipping cost, glasses often out of stock, fulfillment hick-ups. My orders took a very, very long time, with month+ long delays caused first by US Customs (blocked warehouse restocking), then by my own stupidity (wrong address), and then by an oversight by UrbanBar (didn't ship). However, every step of the way the staff were helpful, friendly, and quickly responded. In the end I had incredibly beautiful glassware that outshine high end cocktail bars. I would order again immediately and recommend them to everyone.

GBGood luck, half the stuff on their site is out of stock For the second time urban bar has cancelled an order of mine due to breakage at their warehouse and are unable to complete my order. They say they’re canceling my order and gave me no other options. It seems they have decided not to restock many of the glassware from their site. Beware, they might just cancel and refund your order for no reason. Update: Urban bar shipped me the glassware I needed at no charge. Far above and beyond what was necessary. Thank you!

GBI was very pleased with the experience. The wee dram sized whisky glasses were as described and promptly shipped. Packaging and postage was pricey, but given the need to pack them carefully, which they truly did, and shipping from the UK to the US, it was actually the proper price. (I reduced the unit cost by ordering more of the glasses.) I was very pleased with the experience.

GBCovid problems Covid problems. Two tries and delivered to wrong address. Communication quite difficult but that’s partly because no one was in the office because of Covid. I feel like they shouldn’t have been shipping if they couldn’t manage but this is a weird situation Edit: would also like to state that FedEx Made this much more difficult than it should have been. Honestly, I have much better luck with UPS in the states.
