No shipping email sent..Poor quality Strainer No shipping email sent... I inquired on the order status after 9 days and was informed via email that the item was shipped fedex and would be arriving the next day. One of the products that arrived (Copper Calabrese Strainer) broke on its first hour of use behind our bar. I would not purchase the Calabrese Strainers again. Glassware is excellent.

The Most Beautiful Bar Glasses! Besides having the most beautiful bar ware, especially the bar glasses of any kind, their customer service couldn't be more helpful. The only negative is the cost of shipping for U.S. shipping but at the end of the day it's worth the cost when you receive the exquisite bar glasses which by the way are priced very reasonably.

$80 of missing products, I had to catch the error. I bought two mixing glasses and two jiggers over Black Friday weekend. The jiggers arrived and Urban Bar marked my order as fulfilled. Both mixing glasses ($80) did not arrive. I emailed twice and six days after I reached out they simply refunded the mixing glasses. I get when there are issues with inventory and order volume; but the fact that I had to catch the error, they took very long to reply, and then they can't get me the product to make it right makes it hard for me to trust these guys.

Beautiful glassware, great staff, long timeline PROS: Absolutely beautiful glassware, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, well packed. CONS: High skipping cost, glasses often out of stock, fulfillment hick-ups. My orders took a very, very long time, with month+ long delays caused first by US Customs (blocked warehouse restocking), then by my own stupidity (wrong address), and then by an oversight by UrbanBar (didn't ship). However, every step of the way the staff were helpful, friendly, and quickly responded. In the end I had incredibly beautiful glassware that outshine high end cocktail bars. I would order again immediately and recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service I ordered these glasses for my wife as a Christmas gift. A week went by and I hadn’t received shipping notifications, so I emailed, and we discovered the glasses I had ordered were currently out of stock. Other suggestions were made, and I chose these, and they arrived within 2 days. An offer was made to discount the items AND pay for shipping because of the delay. Not only are the glasses gorgeous, my wife happy, but the customer service is exceptional. Thank you!
