Good luck, half the stuff on their site is out of stock For the second time urban bar has cancelled an order of mine due to breakage at their warehouse and are unable to complete my order. They say they’re canceling my order and gave me no other options. It seems they have decided not to restock many of the glassware from their site. Beware, they might just cancel and refund your order for no reason. Update: Urban bar shipped me the glassware I needed at no charge. Far above and beyond what was necessary. Thank you!

Excellent service from UK support Customer service in the UK is excellent. They were very helpful when the glasses I ordered did not arrive in time from their US warehouse in tracking down the glasses and ensuring they were eventually delivered. The glasses arrived three days later than promised on the website.

Love these coupe glasses My husband was absolutely delighted by these couple glasses. The glass is crystal clear and a nice thickness, not so delicate that you’re afraid to crush it when you wash it, but with a classy slimness. The gold rim is lovely and does not look like it will tarnish or chip off easily.

Although packing was great, one order did arrive with a broken glass. I contacted customer service and the item was reshipped, no questions asked. The glasses are high quality and beautiful. The website images accurately represent the products. I enjoy my home cocktails in these glasses nightly!
