They were very helpful when the glasses I ordered did not arrive in time from their US warehouse in tracking down the glasses and ensuring they were eventually delivered. The glasses arrived three days later than promised on the website.

Excellent service I ordered these glasses for my wife as a Christmas gift. A week went by and I hadn’t received shipping notifications, so I emailed, and we discovered the glasses I had ordered were currently out of stock. Other suggestions were made, and I chose these, and they arrived within 2 days. An offer was made to discount the items AND pay for shipping because of the delay. The Most Beautiful Bar Glasses! Besides having the most beautiful bar ware, especially the bar glasses of any kind, their customer service couldn't be more helpful. The only negative is the cost of shipping for U.S. shipping but at the end of the day it's worth the cost when you receive the exquisite bar glasses which by the way are priced very reasonably.

Love these coupe glasses My husband was absolutely delighted by these couple glasses. The glass is crystal clear and a nice thickness, not so delicate that you’re afraid to crush it when you wash it, but with a classy slimness. The gold rim is lovely and does not look like it will tarnish or chip off easily.

Got some speakeasy style coupes Got some speakeasy style glasses. They are gorgeous and I couldn't find anything remotely this nice anywhere. When they arrived I was even happier; the premium pricing and the shipping are worth it. Plus, I like that I can order 1-2 more if I have breakage. Overall, highly recommend.
