USUS website and Contact Us performs badly US website performs badly. I could not even use a credit card because only the PayPal field would show. The US website, contact phone number, and contact email all have serious problems and I cannot use them for enquiring about my order. The site did not allow me to create an account when ordering. When submitting the contact email form I am prompted for login credentials and taken to a dead page. The US contact phone number 1-800-460-9051 rings a couple of times then goes dead. Very bad user experience and so far can’t even contact the company.

USI ordered a couple glasses and received… I ordered a couple glasses and received 2 emails noting that they had received my order and the second one that my order was "complete" and that it would be received in 4-7 business days. No where did it tell me if/when my order shipped or when it would ship or a tracking number. I emailed the company and someone from accounting replied with a tracking number. Why couldn't that be included in the emails a customer gets so they can see when it will arrive. That's how most companies handle it for online orders

USGreat customer service Great customer service. Decanter I got was broken during shipping, a new one was sent out. The replacement didn't break but had the same packaging problem, need to secure the topper from becoming a wrecking ball. Glasses I got were as expected and packaged well. Would get glasses again but not a decanter.

USExcellent service from UK support Customer service in the UK is excellent. They were very helpful when the glasses I ordered did not arrive in time from their US warehouse in tracking down the glasses and ensuring they were eventually delivered. The glasses arrived three days later than promised on the website.

USGood luck, half the stuff on their site is out of stock For the second time urban bar has cancelled an order of mine due to breakage at their warehouse and are unable to complete my order. They say they’re canceling my order and gave me no other options. It seems they have decided not to restock many of the glassware from their site. Beware, they might just cancel and refund your order for no reason. Update: Urban bar shipped me the glassware I needed at no charge. Far above and beyond what was necessary. Thank you!
