When they arrived I was even happier; the premium pricing and the shipping are worth it. Plus, I like that I can order 1-2 more if I have breakage. Overall, highly recommend.

A week went by and I hadn’t received shipping notifications, so I emailed, and we discovered the glasses I had ordered were currently out of stock. Other suggestions were made, and I chose these, and they arrived within 2 days. An offer was made to discount the items AND pay for shipping because of the delay. I purchased the Urban Bar Brown Leather… I purchased the Urban Bar Brown Leather Bag and it was delivered on time. Quality seems good but this bag is not brown. It's more gray and has me questioning whether or not it is actual leather. I looked into how leather is classified, often times businesses get away with terms such as "handmade leather" or "genuine leather" when it's actually not real leather. Would not recommend purchasing for the current price of $400+

The Most Beautiful Bar Glasses! Besides having the most beautiful bar ware, especially the bar glasses of any kind, their customer service couldn't be more helpful. The only negative is the cost of shipping for U.S. shipping but at the end of the day it's worth the cost when you receive the exquisite bar glasses which by the way are priced very reasonably.

I was very pleased with the experience. The wee dram sized whisky glasses were as described and promptly shipped. Packaging and postage was pricey, but given the need to pack them carefully, which they truly did, and shipping from the UK to the US, it was actually the proper price. (I reduced the unit cost by ordering more of the glasses.) I was very pleased with the experience.
