GBPetflow would not refund or replace severely damaged cans. Petflow would not refund or replace three severely damaged cans even though I would provide pictures of scan and date information on bottom of cans. I had to call Fromm Company to have severely damaged cans refund processed which was a challenging process. Fromm represented could not believe how badly damaged the cans were in pictures I sent over. I will not shop online at Petflow because if I had ordered cans from PetSmart, Pet Supplies Plus or Petco with stores in area, I could easily return damage cans and they would replace on the spot as in the past.

GBThey can make it a lot easier to cancel… They can make it a lot easier to cancel the service. You can not reduce a future order to zero quantity online. You can not cancel the service online. You can not increase the frequency of the order beyond 16 weeks. I'm up to my elbows in cat food. I have a hearing disability and don't wish to talk to them on the phone. Their prices are higher than what I can obtain locally. What's to like about PetFlow?

GBExcellent service Excellent service. Prescription dog food arrived quickly and with correct item ordered. Petflow contacted my vet and my order was received on my doorstep within a couple days. Very,very satisfied with their service.

GBHave ordered from PetFlow a couple of… Have ordered from PetFlow a couple of times now. They had my cats' favorite food in stock when no one one else did. The price was reasonable with prompt shipping and a hassle free ordering experience. I will be shopping with PetFlow again in the future. Thank you for the excellent service!

GBPetFlow NEVER LEARNS! I have reviewed your shipping practices several times and made recommendations for improvement, but nothing ever changes. This time, you shipped 4 cases of canned dog food (48 cans) and a big bag of kibble in the same large, heavy box, without any safety packing. This damages the cans and makes it impossible for a senior to lift the box to bring it in to the house. I imagine that some shippers who you use to ship them could potentially get a hernia from the heavy lifting. I will not review you again unless you fix your abominable shipping methods for the better. I will have to find a workaround for your crummy systems.
