GBThey can make it a lot easier to cancel… They can make it a lot easier to cancel the service. You can not reduce a future order to zero quantity online. You can not cancel the service online. You can not increase the frequency of the order beyond 16 weeks. I'm up to my elbows in cat food. I have a hearing disability and don't wish to talk to them on the phone. Their prices are higher than what I can obtain locally. What's to like about PetFlow?

GBThe expiration date was sooner than the… The expiration date was sooner than the food just finished. Not problematic but doesn’t normally occur. NutriSource is definitely a good brand of kibble. Even my picky eater chose it over her Wellness food.

GBDeliveries are fine Deliveries are fine. Same as chewy and price is good. My gripe is that ever since I signed up for emails I’ve been getting an insane amount of emails from a few dozen different websites and have been having to spend a lot of time unsubscribing to crap I never subscribed to. It’s pretty annoying. So ridiculous that it’s legal for companies to sell our emails like this.
