Missed 3 deliveries in a row Missed 3 deliveries in a row. They don't answer the phone EVER, and never return messages. They will communicate by email if they feel like it, but don't hold your breath. Worst customer service ever. Sometimes when I did receive my deliveries, an item would be missing as well. I put up with this crap for a while because the food is really good, but after my last 3 deliveries were missed I was done.

Beware They're Unreliable Beware They're Unreliable! In 4 weeks of ordering they got one order right. The first order came as expected, the second order arrived and none of the food was what I ordered. The next two weeks were delivered a day late making the food unsafe to eat. Terra's Kitchen is totally unreliable.

There isn't a lot of variety, Terrible delivery service There isn't a lot of variety. We've had a lot of issues with delivery not being on time to Terra's Kitchen would cancel our order completely. Then scheduling pick up has been a nightmare. The carrier will pick up the empty box then redeliver the empty box the next day; even though the return label is clearly visible.

Healthy choices Healthy choices, no leaky packaging unlike competitors, very nice recyclable delivery box, and, last but certainly not least, delicious, easy to make recipes. The recipes really only take the amount of time the card says, everything is pre-chopped, which is Awesome, and the recipes are very clear and easy to follow. We are so glad we found Terra’s Kitchen!!!
