The best payment processor hands down… The best payment processor hands down they are very reachable and whenever there is an issue which I haven’t had ANY they are always there. National was the missing piece to my puzzle!

Well customer service was miss leading… Well customer service was miss leading I was told I'll be on next day funding before I signed up then after I sign up come to find out I'm on 2nd day funding which is really a big inconvenience for a small business to be successful. I was also told after 30 days I'll be moved to next day funding then that turned out to be incorrect I spoke with another person and she informed me I have to wait 90 days before eligible for next day funding.... customer service was great A++...... but what they promise you is incorrect and like I said a huge inconvenience.

Swipe Simple Card Reader The service is great, however, the card reader often shuts down or will not connect in order to complete a transaction. If that glitch is corrected, it would boost my experience up to five stars.

Unfulfilled promise and higher processing fees We are a small nonprofit and every single penny counts. When I setup the ACH processing, the sales rep gave us certain processing fees. He clearly mentioned that there will be no percentage based fee for ACH. Whatever terms as well as service expectations he promised, none were fulfilled. He stopped responding to email and didn't answer phone calls. At the end we are still paying higher processing fees than what was promised.

The Star(s) are in the issue(s.) We are thankful for the service it has helped this company in great or wonderful ways. It is not a perfect world, and we deeply understand why things happen. We hope this is a very long-term contract. We hope our needs are handle with understanding on both sides. With that been said this is the reason for the five stars.
