GBSmall business owner feedback It is easy to get a hold of someone whenever I have a question, and all of my questions have been handled. Overall happy with the service, but I gave 4 stars because I didn’t get emails that I had requested when I signed up. And the online interface was not updated with the information I supplied via phone and text/email.

GBI had an issue with a payment made by… I had an issue with a payment made by my customer i had to call National Processing to guide me in getting it resolved. Mathew G was fast on getting it resolved ... Great customer service

GBI am not a professional businessman… I am not a professional businessman yet. So I am just learning to use the software. And there are a couple of things I wish i could do, like create an invoice ahead of schedule, like a draft and have it ready to send when product is complete. Last month I had a issue looking at a report, so I called and the guy was super friendly and helpful. He figured out what the problem was and fixed it. So I definitely give 5 stars for that call. Overall I am happy with the product and the service, but again, I know that there is a lot that I don't use or don't know how to use yet. I am not a retail business so I can't speak to the retail sales part of it.

GBThey were dishonest They were dishonest about the rate we would be set at. It was twice the amount. When we called to discuss all we were told was basically sorry, that person no longer works here. We were also told an integration existed that actually did not. We have had holds placed on our transactions despite having shown them several times we conduct large transactions on a regular basis. Every transition that comes through is flagged as fraud. They have been a pain to have. I would never do business with them again.

GBUnfulfilled promise and higher processing fees We are a small nonprofit and every single penny counts. When I setup the ACH processing, the sales rep gave us certain processing fees. He clearly mentioned that there will be no percentage based fee for ACH. Whatever terms as well as service expectations he promised, none were fulfilled. He stopped responding to email and didn't answer phone calls. At the end we are still paying higher processing fees than what was promised.
