I am not a professional businessman… I am not a professional businessman yet. So I am just learning to use the software. And there are a couple of things I wish i could do, like create an invoice ahead of schedule, like a draft and have it ready to send when product is complete. Last month I had a issue looking at a report, so I called and the guy was super friendly and helpful. He figured out what the problem was and fixed it. So I definitely give 5 stars for that call. Overall I am happy with the product and the service, but again, I know that there is a lot that I don't use or don't know how to use yet. I am not a retail business so I can't speak to the retail sales part of it.

The Star(s) are in the issue(s.) We are thankful for the service it has helped this company in great or wonderful ways. It is not a perfect world, and we deeply understand why things happen. We hope this is a very long-term contract. We hope our needs are handle with understanding on both sides. With that been said this is the reason for the five stars. The best payment processor hands down… The best payment processor hands down they are very reachable and whenever there is an issue which I haven’t had ANY they are always there. National was the missing piece to my puzzle!

They do what they want regardless of your agreement. When I initially spoke with the representative before agreeing to use National Processing, I was clear that I did not want to accept American Express. The salesperson assured me that AmEx would not be added to my list of cards accepted. A week after signing with National Proc, I received a welcome email from American Express. I contacted my sales person who said "yes, I added you to receive American Express." He apologized and said it would be removed. A few weeks later, I am received another email from AmEx. It had been added again. I called the general customer service line. The assured me that it would be removed and not be added again. I received more email from American Express. Each email has a different "account number" associated with it. They continue to share my information with American Express clearly against my wishes.

Unfulfilled promise and higher processing fees We are a small nonprofit and every single penny counts. When I setup the ACH processing, the sales rep gave us certain processing fees. He clearly mentioned that there will be no percentage based fee for ACH. Whatever terms as well as service expectations he promised, none were fulfilled. He stopped responding to email and didn't answer phone calls. At the end we are still paying higher processing fees than what was promised.
