Paid, called, emailed still did not receive my ESA Letter! I have not received my ESA Letter that I ordered. I have already provided the information asked for. Now it has been way more than 48 hours since I placed my order. But I did not recieve anything as of yet. I communicated with two different staff memebers from PDS Center Ryan and Gail, left messages through the customer service, emailed the necessary inofrmation but no result. Very dissappointed in PDS Center. Please if you cannot provide me the ESA letter then refund my money. Otherwise please communicate clearly when am I goign to get the ESA Letter.

Running out of time I have reached out in regards to receiving the updated information for the letter to state my dogs name and breed information for the office personnel. Someone replied via email and asked all the questions and I responded but I still have not received any further documents to prevent my apartment from taking legal action
