The only thing I will say is that my letter addressed me as Mr.Jordan Ledford and the I was referred to as her, but other than that minor mistake it was great!!!!

GBGive it a try! Initially, I was a little skeptical about getting an ESA letter offline but my primary doctor was sending me through unnecessary hoops, leaving me feeling frustrated and back at square one. GBMisgendered me in letter I selected “Mr.” as my gender/title, but the paperwork I received uses female “her” pronouns. I cannot use this letter and want a refund.

GBRunning out of time I have reached out in regards to receiving the updated information for the letter to state my dogs name and breed information for the office personnel. Someone replied via email and asked all the questions and I responded but I still have not received any further documents to prevent my apartment from taking legal action

GBQuick and simple service! I ordered my first esa letter back in 2020 and when I went to move in 2023 the new landlord was requesting an updated letter. I went online and payed the rate to renew my letter, which only costed like 49 bucks. I also needed to add another pet to my ESA letter which, Ryan helped me do for no extra charge. The process was simple and fast. Ryan was amazing and responded super quick!
