Overall I had a great experience. Overall I had a great experience. The process was quick and easy and I received the decision almost instantly. The only thing I will say is that my letter addressed me as Mr.Jordan Ledford and the I was referred to as her, but other than that minor mistake it was great!!!!

I have been using PDS Center for years I have been using PDS Center for years, they have always responded promptly and led me in the right direction. I am now working with them to renew my documents and have them fill out the additional forms required for the new property I'm moving to. Gail and I have emailed each other numerous times, and they are always very patient with me. Hopefully, they will get all the additional documents filled out for us so we can move forward in our process. Perfect! Except... First off thank you! Everything came as described! However, I have one small issue. The letter was intended for my girlfriends cat. I mistakenly put my name on the letter as the intended recipient. This would not be an issue normally, but my name is not on the lease for the apt. Is there any way I could get another copy with a name change? The address and everything else would be the same. Thank you.

Give it a try! Initially, I was a little skeptical about getting an ESA letter offline but my primary doctor was sending me through unnecessary hoops, leaving me feeling frustrated and back at square one. I decided to go through with this option and was pleasantly surprised at the turnaround time and the professionalism of the ESA letters.
