Quick and simple service! I ordered my first esa letter back in 2020 and when I went to move in 2023 the new landlord was requesting an updated letter. I went online and payed the rate to renew my letter, which only costed like 49 bucks. I also needed to add another pet to my ESA letter which, Ryan helped me do for no extra charge. The process was simple and fast. Ryan was amazing and responded super quick!

Terrible experience Terrible experience. The renewal process is still incomplete. Per the website, 24hr email with paperwork via email. I didn’t receive it and I had to email them and then 6 days later I received it in the email with the wrong last name. I never received the hard paper copies which they were supposed to mail with tracking info. Also ordered an ESA ID 40834 the same time as the renewal documents on January 25th and we are now in the ending of February and they have still not submitted order nor tracking number. I have emailed them more than 4x and still ID not delivered. I called the customer service number and the person said they only answer by email. They don’t offer refunds. Frustrating company to work with, lack of communication, and incomplete orders.

Paid, called, emailed still did not receive my ESA Letter! I have not received my ESA Letter that I ordered. I have already provided the information asked for. Now it has been way more than 48 hours since I placed my order. But I did not recieve anything as of yet. I communicated with two different staff memebers from PDS Center Ryan and Gail, left messages through the customer service, emailed the necessary inofrmation but no result. Very dissappointed in PDS Center. Please if you cannot provide me the ESA letter then refund my money. Otherwise please communicate clearly when am I goign to get the ESA Letter.
