Running out of time I have reached out in regards to receiving the updated information for the letter to state my dogs name and breed information for the office personnel. Someone replied via email and asked all the questions and I responded but I still have not received any further documents to prevent my apartment from taking legal action

Perfect! Except... First off thank you! Everything came as described! However, I have one small issue. The letter was intended for my girlfriends cat. I mistakenly put my name on the letter as the intended recipient. This would not be an issue normally, but my name is not on the lease for the apt. Is there any way I could get another copy with a name change? The address and everything else would be the same. Thank you.

I was stressed beyond measure as my doctor at Kaiser is no longer allowed to write support letters for pets and although I’ve had one for the last three years they just aren’t budging but they said to look into options such as this!
